As front man Max Bemis announced each song the audience cheered with excitement, playing classics like “Shiksa”, “Six Six Six”, “Every Man Has a Molly”, and “Hate Everyone”, along with new hits from their most recent album “I Don’t Think It Is” that was released last February through Equal Vision Records.
As they ended their set with “Alive With The Glory Of Love” the audience sang along at the top of their lungs. After closing out the set with that fan favorite, the crowd was chanting “one more song” but there was no chance for an encore because Bayside was the closer that night.
Bayside, originally from New York, put on a great performance. The band first started out in 2000 and 17 years later, they still give a kick ass performance. All in all, it was a fun show and I can’t wait for this pair to return to Austin because I will defiantly be there, and you should be too.
