We love Euphoria Fest here at ATX Music Mag because it stays true to Austin’s good vibes, locals love of music and art, and having fun with good friends and artists in a very comforting setting. Last year was our first year at Euphoria and they were sure to impress us and the local EDM community with the lineup, setup, amazing camp grounds, and overall great vibes that the festival brought to the city. Last years visuals and lasers were great, but this year they’re adding even better visuals and stage setups than they did last year. A bit smaller than the more known ACL and SXSW festivals, Euphoria fest still pulls in big names in the industry like Pretty Lights who we covered last year at X Games and Ghostland Observatory who we interviewed on one of our last ever print issues which you can check out here.
And we’ll definitely be out there hanging with and supporting the local homies, Andrew Parsons, Christian Barbuto, Gamma, Henry + The Invisibles, MSCLS, Moneta, Supervision, and Toddy B. All are sure to bring their A-Game whether it’s new tracks or fresh mixes, and also look forward to a few interviews we’re sure to grab from some of them while we’re out on the grounds!
Camping is the way to go over at Carson Creek Ranch. The tents are all set up before you arrive if you’ve already made those plans including lilypad tents, cots, queen beds and all. This also allows you to get into the morning yoga and late-night music. And for those of you out-of-towners flying in, Euphoria Fest is even arranging shuttles from the airport that go straight to the camping grounds which we’ve never experienced with local or even national music festivals which you can arrange here. They’re definitely going above and beyond to accommodate the fans and that’s something we really respect regarding festival organizers.
Not sure what else to bring? The people of Euphoria have thought of everything. Check out this list of must-haves (it will also tell you what is not allowed).
